  • In May 2025, EcoCushion Paper is a family-owned business that is revolutionizing the packaging sector by using 100% recyclable honeycomb paper in place of plastic bubble wrap. Learn the measures they took to develop an environmentally friendly substitute for plastic and how they established this creative company. Packaging is a major obstacle in the battle against single-use plastics. Although bubble wraps have long been the preferred option due to their affordability, effectiveness, and portability, they have a negative impact on the environment. Although cardboard boxes can now be recycled, polymers remain predominate in interior protective packaging.  In order to address this issue, a business based in Mumbai is now demonstrating that creatively designed paper may provide just as much cushioning without clogging landfills.
