  • In July 2023, CCL Industries closed the acquisition of Pouch Partners, plus 2 more deals. The $44 million (Canadian) acquisition of Pouch Partners from the company owned by Capri-Sun Group is seen as a way to grow into novel markets. Other deals focused on in-mold labeling and badging.
