EcoVerHighPlus Sets New Standards in Recyclable Coffee Packaging

Constantia Flexibles collaborated with Delica AG to introduce EcoVerHighPlus, which is an advanced mono PP laminate now altering coffee packaging. EcoVerHighPlus is planned to fulfil the severe demands of coffee packing, providing excellent barrier properties that lock in fragrance and cleanliness for both coffee beans and ground coffee. Its progressive material structure offers a recyclable-ready packaging choice without compromising superiority or functionality. The presence of a mono PP valve additional improves product cleanliness by permitting volatile gases to escape while keeping exterior gases out.

Two machinery making their debut at K 2025 are the TwinPro, which couples the EREMA Preconditioning Unit (PCU) straight with a twin-screw extruder. TwinPro is perfect for highly effective homogenisation, which it can do in only one step of composite film waste with low bulk densities; The AGGLOREMA is cooperative in preparing feedstock resources for chemical recycling, the strong and energy-effectual system produces agglomerates with a high bulk density on a large scale, precisely from severely polluted post-consumer resources.
