The modular system is planned to eradicate the manual effort of unravelling and orientating empty buckets from a stack.
It also decreases the primary charges compared to a completely automatic system.
Wayne Kedward, managing director, expressed users can construct a bucket line suited to their specific requires– this, he said, can consist of a bucket de-nester, bucket sealer, filling system, lid de-nester and lid pressing roller. Each product can be added later if required.
He enhanced that the line is usually built around the filling system of choice, liquid doser, powder filler or a variety of weighing choices. The semi-automatic operation is relying on manual infeed and outfeed of containers.
“There are several advantages to automate but not all business has the same requires, so the semi-automatic route is often a good starting point,” expressed Autopack Managing Director Wayne Kedward. “Our semi-automatic bucket line is well placed to help businesses take their first step on the road to automation; an affordable, bespoke and modular optins.”
The most famous line-up of equipment available on the line comprises a Lid Pressure Roller for round, square, oval and rectangular buckets up to 400mm in diameter.
The influenced pressure drum for sealing the bucket can be regularly adjusted in height ranging from 40mm to 400mm utilizing a handwheel with a height indicator.
The pressure roller is fortified with an input guide plate at the front and rollers at the rear to prevent the buckets from sloping over. Other benefits include the 1,000mm conveyor belt, which is influenced by a drum motor and manufactured from blue plastic modular links.
In addition, the incorporated weigh cell with progressed software controls the offer of the goods into the bucket maximising accuracy and speed.
The filing function can be done manually via push buttons or automatically through the autoFill function with the filling procedure starting automatically when the right container is detected.
