The planned addition of Municipal Packaging is expected to reinforce JohnsByrne’s service offerings in the Health & Beauty market and boost its presence on the West Coast, further improving its capability to deliver inclusive, high-quality packaging solutions to clients across numerous industries. JohnsByrne is a portfolio company of GHK Capital Partners LP (“GHK”), a leading middle-market private equity firm headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut.
