Lamipak Indonesia Managing Director Anton Hui expressed that the company would assist the government’s MBG inventiveness, citing that domestic production would cut supply chain distribution length and hasten access to aseptic packaging, thus supporting decreased food & beverage charges in the country. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture described that only 25,097 introduced dairy cows, 12.5 percent of the 2025 target, have been reached in Indonesia so far. The interruption in dairy funding is largely due to limited access to inexpensive land. Though he did not elaborate on the specific guidelines, he counselled that such policies may hinder this year’s aimed of importing 100,000 dairy cows. Vietnam’s TH Group, which strategies to import 250,000 dairy cows annually, totaling 1.5 million by 2029, has yet to begin operations because of land acquisition issues.
