KP’s focus on achieving the sustainability target is impressive, as the company protects its packaging and promotes recycled content in its packaging materials. KP has 30 plants operating across 18 countries with a PowerPact workforce of 5,000 employees.

Klockner Pentaplast, for the first time, is going to ramp at the Packaging Innovations & Empack 2026 to flaunt their innovative discovery to introduce recyclability and how the foodservice businesses can complete their recycling target without sacrificing performance. The event for the same is being held at the NEC Birmingham on 11-12 February. KP will be present at the FPA Food Service booth (H72) to introduce its comprehensive brand-new film catering solutions and food-to-go packaging.

Altogether, the event will experience infinite groundbreaking innovations, and the visitors will explore KP Infinity®, an expanded polypropylene (EPP). This innovation is a food-to-go packaging solution that was found to replace the restricted polystyrene single-use foodservice packaging. The food service businesses are going to get insightful knowledge and solutions from KP.

The Infinity® have potential to keep the food hot up to 10°C. This is better than any other option that promises hot food without any hot touch. This invisible magic is what the foodservices businesses will appreciate and stun the consumers.

Next is KP FlexiStretch® catering film that contributes to the professional kitchens covering hotels, and so to mitigate food waste, promising ease and cleanliness. KP’s portfolio, including this collection, consists of recyclable PO and PVC alternative both produced for unique performance and seamless handling, keeping consumers' hands happy with packaging and food.

National Sales Manager for KP’s food packaging division, Billy Cook, said, “KP has chosen a perfect platform to showcase the KP potential and how we support UK businesses to deal with the real-world challenges. The challenges, like food waste reduction and the EPS ban, are dealt with smoothly without disappointing sustainability or performance. We’re thrilled to interact with the visitors and illustrate qualified, proven solutions that are beneficial to their operations.”
