Emerald Ecovations launched SUSTAIN™ Tree-Free CPG Board. The first-ever, renewable fiber Tree-Free packaging board, which is planned for brands in dry food, cosmetics, personal care, and pharmaceuticals packaging. These are manufactured from a blend of bagasse, a swiftly renewable, FSC-certified fibers and Tree-Free fiber, SUSTAIN™ board offer the print surface and organizational performance company assume from traditional paperboard without depending on virgin trees.
The board introduces both uncoated and coated (C1S) at 85 brightness, creating brands a clean, bright print face for rigid, cartons, and sleeves packaging. By proposing a Tree-Free invention, it offers an option for the increasing number of customers demanding healthier and more sustainable options.

Leveraging Emeralds Ecovations renewable fiber technology, SUSTAIN™ is a key improvement for CPG packaging board. It utilizes bagasse, which is a sugarcane derivative, and FSC fiber, without dependence on virgin trees.

The SUSTAIN™ board is opening in a restricted initial release. Manufactured for the first run is being allotted on a first-come basis, and companies that want resources for initial programs are urged to reserve their provision.
