SingPost Launches Residential Posting Box Trial to Boost Mail Convenience in Singapore

SingPost has launched the SingPost@MyBlock trial to make mail posting easier for residents. The pilot begins in Punggol and will expand across five districts by December 2025.

SingPost Launches Residential Posting Box Trial for Greater Accessibility

Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) is deliberately positioning its national distribution organization to enhance community suitability and enhance its touchpoints to fulfill changing customer demands.

The Company shared its system method for building a universal islandwide network, focusing on enhanced efficiency for consumers. This method influences major partnerships for scale, enlarging SingPost's facility touchpoints to over 2,500, ensuring that 80% of Singapore's population can reach a SingPost touchpoint within 10 minutes or less.

The company currently declared the presentation of SingPost@MyBlock, a new Residential Posting Box Trial, which Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong will manage on 19 October 2025.

Through the SingPost@MyBlock trial, inhabitants can quickly post and receive mail directly at their home letterbox nest. Devoted slots or added boxes will be evidently marked, allowing inhabitants to send mail effortlessly within their own land.

The test will begin across 27 housing chunks in the Punggol Northshore District. In the next few weeks, the experimental will be further extended to a total of 226 blocks across five districts, which comprise Upper Boon Keng, Punggol, Marine Parade, Bukit Batok, and Bukit Panjang. The experiment will run until the end of December 2025. An effective pilot here will update a comprehensive island-wide rollout, converting around 21,000 letterbox shells in residential estates and educating the public on the suitability of these changes.
