Mondi’s MailerBAG Revolutionizing Sustainable E-Commerce Packaging

On May 28, 2025, Mondi, a global packaging and manufacturing company, scaled up its re/cycle MailerBAG production capacity, which aims to fulfil the surging demand for e-commerce packaging solutions. The company installed its production line at Mond’s KrapKowice plant in Poland, which aims to increase the output expectations of various sustainable e-commerce packaging. The current investment is announced by the expansion of the production line from the previous year at Krapkowice.

The MailerBAG portfolio now includes four different formats alongside various paper-based e-commerce products like corrugated and fill form seal solutions. The company provides a recyclable conventional paper waste stream across the European packaging market. These services significantly help in Mondi’s MAP2030 sustainable commitments and focus on enhancing packaging solutions.
