Prism established stock and packing mechanisms just days earlier; the target had only 48 hours to pack, pick, assemble, band, label, and dispatch the whole order. All transports were accomplished on time and in complete despite dropping over a bank day off the weekend. The plan saw Prism’s Hampshire-based 30,000 sq. ft. ability functioning around the clock, with 24-hour moves and a strongly harmonized packing and logistics timetable. More than 100,000 cans of Hip Pop were filled and sent to suppliers in a countrywide drive that now observes the brand elevation live in over 80 Sainsbury’s sites.
Hip Pop, recognized for its logically stimulating soda and kombucha, has developed speedily across retail channels and direct-to-consumer. For Head of Operations Elli Leeming, selecting Prism as an execution partner was important to grading their retail advertising company efficiently and proficiently. Prism’s current work with Hip Pop highlights a mounting specialization within the fast-shifting beverage sector, where flexibility, speed, and scalability are now crucial to success. The introduction also replicates a change in traditional logistics prospects, mainly around seasonality. With brands progressively presenting new goods year-round and positioning movements with health trends and educational moments, logistics workers are anticipated to work at full volume even throughout periods that were once measured off-peak.
