On 27 May 2025, Stirling Square Capital Partners completed the sale of a luxury glass packaging company named Verescence to Movendo Capital and Draycott. Verescence was founded in 1896 who is a luxury beauty brand selling Hermès, LVMH, and L’Oréal. It has employed 2,500 people in total on three continents. It has an annual production volume of 600 million bottles; the company has manufacturing units in South Korea, France, Spain, and North America.

Automation has raised the sustainability profile of the company, allowing the manufacture of bottles from 100% recycled glass and attaining high ecological, social, and governance scores. Under the ownership of Stirling Square, Verescence has observed substantial financial development, with returns growing by 40% to € 421 million and earnings before depreciation, interest, taxes, and amortisation tripling to € 80 million.
