Welsh packing and fulfilment company Complete Co-packing has teamed up with software company Nulogy, announcing the partnership at Packaging Innovations 2026. Complete Co-packing will use Nulogy’s shop floor software to run its production more digitally. This should help the company work faster, see what’s happening in real time, and provide better service to its brand customers as it grows.
With over 30 years of experience serving food, drink, household, and specialist brands, Complete Co-packing recognized the need to upgrade its systems. The company is replacing manual and outdated processes with a modern digital platform to gain real-time visibility of operations at its site in Abercynon, Wales.
Nulogy’s Shop Floor software helps manage production, labor, materials, and inventory more efficiently. Its real-time visibility and automation replace spreadsheets, improving performance, output, and traceability.
Complete Co-packing offers many services, including manufacturing and packing products in clean rooms and open areas. It mixes powders and liquids and also provides after-packing support for food and non-food products like personal care, cosmetics, and pet care items.
As customers want faster delivery, better tracking, and clear audit records, switching to Nulogy will give Complete Co-packing a flexible system to support its growing business.
Stephen Nicholls, MD of Complete Co-packing, said going digital is important to deliver faster, better, and more accurate service. He added that Nulogy’s software will help them track production and stock in real time, work faster, avoid mistakes, and grow the business.
Nulogy’s system will replace old stock systems and spreadsheets with digital tools that track production in real time, like scanning materials, tracking workers, checking quality, and monitoring progress. Managers can see live updates, spot problems quickly, and make better decisions. The system will start being used in early 2026 at Abercynon and will cover the whole site.
