DCGpac, one of India’s leading joint packaging and obtaining solution industries, has announced DCGPAC UK, its 100% completely owned subsidiary, at Packaging Innovations & Empack 2026 in Birmingham. The announcement marks DCGpac’s second international subsidiary, following its UAE processes, and shows a decisive step in building a global, sustainable packaging ecosystem connecting India, the UK, and the European Union.
The UK subsidiary will help as DCGpac’s planned gateway to the UK and the EU markets, delivering cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable packaging options powered by India’s generating strength, DCGpac’s AI-enabled procurement and supply chain stage, and the developing India–UK and India–EU Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). These trade outlines are anticipated to unlock over $1 trillion in trade opportunities, strengthening India’s position as a global engineering and export hub.
DCGpac arrives in the UK market on a strong footing, having secured its first large export contract with an important UK-based multinational company, with transfers scheduled to commence within the current month. Dedicated teams are already operational in the UK to support consumers and hasten regional expansion.
Suresh Bansal, Founder & Chairman, DCGpac, expressed, “The announcement of DCGPAC UK is not just an extension milestone, it is a planned commitment to building a future-ready, sustainable packing corridor between Europe, India, and the UK. As worldwide supply chains realign and sustainability becomes non-negotiable, DCGpac is exclusively situated to combine India’s engineering depth, AI-led efficacy, and circular economy principles. Our vision is strong: to allow global brands to transition away from plastic and in the direction of scalable, compliant, and truly sustainable packaging options.”
Seema Bansal, Co-Founder and Executive Director, DCGpac, expressed: “With the India–UK and India–EU FTAs opening extraordinary opportunities, the UK is a natural entry to Europe for DCGpac. Introducing our UK subsidiary and signing our first main export contract simultaneously shows the strong confidence that consumers worldwide place in our capabilities. We are transporting world-class, sustainable packing from India to the UK and EU, powered by AI, backed by deep engineering, and offered through a completely integrated ecosystem.”
Vishal Vivek, Founder and Director, UKHI, expressed, “Our partnership with DCGpac brings together progressive raw material invention, sustainability, and worldwide scale. By uniting UKHI’s circular and compostable resource expertise with DCGpac’s manufacturing forte, AI platforms, and international reach, we are allowing UK and European customers to accept future-ready packaging options without compromising on quality, cost, or performance.”
