Lamipak Unveils Eco-Friendly Aseptic Packaging Innovations at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025

Lamipak presented a new range of inventions intended to improve the customer experience, sustainability, and functionality while consolidating its position as an inclusive provider of end-to-end aseptic packaging choices across the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent. A main highlight of the display was the opening of LamiSleeve, a noteworthy addition to Lamipak  aseptic packaging lineup. With this presentation, Lamipak now provides a full aseptic beverage carton portfolio, spanning both roll-fed formats and sleeves, enabling consumers to source packaging choices from a single, reliable partner. Lamipak also presented many complementary product inventions focused on enhancing functionality and customer engagement. The Opticap 27 is a new beverage carton cap featuring an original anti-slip channel and an audible lock to safeguard freshness beyond the initial opening. In the meantime, the Sensory Straw improves drinking practice by enabling smoother, more comfortable consumption.

An additional key outline was One Pack One Code, Lamipak’s digital traceability solution that assigns an exclusive QR code to each set. This technology enables end-to-end digitalization, supporting product certification, collaborative customer engagement, and supply chain transparency.

Sustainability was a central theme under the company’s “Pick Carton, Save Nature” operation. Lamipak showcased environmentally friendly inventions such as LamiPure, which reduces carbon emissions by 25%, and LamiPristine, which offers a 28% lower carbon footprint compared to standard aseptic cartons.
