Rohrer’s award-winning team utilizes state-of-the-art engineering technologies to offer advanced retail packaging solutions with industry-leading speed, superior quality, and beautiful patterns. The company’s convention packaging plans and solutions support brand building and bottom lines.

“When we last spoke, our primary focus was on strengthening internal operations and refining our business systems. We were committed to ensuring on-time delivery while consistently achieving high-quality, repeatable results,” says CEO Tim Swanson. “That foundation has paid off, and now we’re capitalizing heavily in our sales team and purifying our commercial procedures because, in the market, consumers have robust choices. To stand out, we’ve developed what we call a consultative vending model, which means actually listening to customers, understanding their pain points, and supporting them in solving their difficulties before we try to sell them everything.

“A big portion of that dialogue centers on sustainability, fulfilling consumers where they are on their voyage and helping them along the way,” he concludes. “That method has resonated sturdily. At the same time, we’ve emphasized our M&A pipeline, determined to build scale and competence across the business.

“In June, we were satisfied to observe our EcoVadis score rise 12% year on year, which is a great echo of our progress in sustainable engineering. We are also deeply involved in a marketing campaign focused on cosmetics and personal care, a fast-growing, high-potential market where our invention and consumer partnership are really shining. It’s been a busy and exciting 12 months.

“This is a highly attractive segment in the packaging industry," says Tim. "These products stand out with vibrant colors, sophisticated graphics, and innovative packaging concepts that truly showcase the product’s appeal. For us, it’s a strong opportunity not only to demonstrate our decorative expertise, such as foiling and windowing, but also to collaborate with cosmetic brands that prioritize sustainability. Many of these brands are deeply committed to the circular economy and want their packaging to reflect that responsibility, giving us the chance to contribute meaningfully to both aesthetics and environmental impact."
