Siegwerk’s new heat-seal lacquer selection is planned to unlock constant sealing, hot-tack implementation, and bond intensity in fibre-based and particularly flexible packaging usages. The CIRKIT NOVASEAL group obtains know-how and equipment acquired via Siegwerk’s attainment of Allinova into ‘one rational and distinctly arranged product family.’
The lacquers are planned for trustworthy, constant sealing implementation at discrete temperatures in fibre-based and specified flexible packaging options. This is estimated to support consumers' shift into recyclable packaging plans.
Siegwerk expects that its organized portfolio method will support converters in selecting the right lacquer based on the usage method, implementation requirements, and end-use necessities.
All the options are ideal for hot tack and heat sealing and are presently accessible to consumers. It is anticipated to shorten product choice and enhance clarity. Generally, Siegwerk expresses that the CIRKIT NOVASEAL programme involves ‘operational, future-ready options that resolve both sustainability and technical demands.’
“CIRKIT NOVASEAL is a major milestone in increasing our layers, providing for sustainable packing,” expressed Gilles Le Moigne, head of Circular Economy Coatings at Siegwerk. “By combining our heat‑sealing capability under one robust product brand, we make it simpler for consumers to meet performance necessities while attaining circular economy objectives.”
The news comes later, Siegwerk contracted a contract to obtain Hi-Tech Inks in a bid to increase its status in the Indian flexible packaging industry. Estimated to reach an industry stake of around 20%, the United Business is ready to become the largest in India.
