Theegarten-Pactec’s New Packaging Machinery to Advance its Packaging Portfolio

Germany-based Theegarten-Pactec designs and builds innovative, complete packaging systems and machines for compact products. Its broader innovations surrounding compact products span all key performance areas and are driven by the expertise and ingenuity of its highly skilled manufacturing team.

Theegarten-Pactec’s work is visible across food and confectionery products, showcasing a high level of customization and advanced technology. Rooted in Germany’s tradition of craftsmanship and engineering excellence, the company brings precision, innovation, and care to the packaging of small-sized products, turning technical expertise into tangible quality and reliability.

Theegarten-Pactec unveiled its new creative series of packaging machinery at the Interpack event in Düsseldorf. The launch is expected to strengthen brand recognition and accelerate the company’s business growth. In addition to Theegarten-Pactec’s presentation, approximately 2,800 companies from around the world showcased innovative systems and industry solutions, with a strong focus on snacks, bakery, and confectionery segments.

Theegarten-Pactec will be back at the main German event, especially to attend this part. The event will be organized between 7 and 13 May at the same Düsseldorf Messe. The company is excited to ramp up its robust packaging approach in flow packs at the Interpack event this year.

The manufacturers of snacks, functional foods, bars, and chocolates will witness the two qualified systems of Theegarten-Pactec on the big screen soon. With this, the manufacturers will get an idea of how they can squeeze out the benefit from the automated lines, digitally furnished machines, and massive flexibility space. The series is a mind-blowing, intelligent, customized solution to several packaging materials and products, and is suitable for all performance ranges.

The company’s FPC6 is a brand-new machine, which will also be introduced at the event. Theegarten-Pactec is prioritizing stability over just speed and space. The machine packs the product into flow packs attracting functional foods, snacks, confectionery, chocolate, muesli, and protein bars manufacturers. This machine can also impress contract packers and co-packers. With this, the industry is delivering a single-source system that loads the flow-packed bars straight into the BLM cartoner.

The FPC6 is designed to promote sustainability, a mechanical improvement that alleviates challenges as the workers are limited. And this machine helps less experienced personnel in this motivating and safe environment. The machine’s flexible sealing capacity and poka-yoke principle leverage the performance of the packaging. The poka-yoke is a Japanese method that avoids errors in the work process and production altogether.
