Gilpin has successfully completed the acquisition of AMCLO, a major self-governing creator of metal components for compound cans, cores, and tubes. The contract includes AMCLO’s construction equipment, records, and recognized customer base. As part of the attainment plan, Gilpin has chosen Rayfield Metal Stamping, which is a subsidiary of Reynolds Services Inc., its main engineering partner. The AMCLO possessions will be relocated to Rayfield’s Greenville, Pennsylvania, facility, where the production of a complete range of AMCLO products, including traditional metal caps, plugs, closures, and more, will commence immediately

Gilpin will accept accountabilities for all sales, advertising, and supply chain supervision errands for both current and new consumers. This method is anticipated to confirm a seamless and continuous transition of processes and service.
