Announcement

Husky revealed its future PET systems, enterprise-massive monitoring solutions, and mono-material closure technology directed towards sustainable beverage packaging with high-quality performance at drinktec 2025. The leading technology provider, Husky, is highlighting its latest innovation in sustainable beverage packaging production by participating in the Munich, Germany, Drinktec 2025 from September 15to 19. The event is organized in Hall C5, Booth 421. Husky is also showcasing new technologies, services, and solutions that focus on providing the circular economy and reframing what it exactly means to opt for sustainable beverage packaging without compromising on quality.

CEO of Husky, Bradley Selleck, said,

“At Husky, were committed towards sustainability, and there should be no compromise with the same. The company has shifted further from its old trade-offs between performance, speed, quality, and recyclability. PET is popularly marked as the best circular packaging material. At Drinktec 2025, were excited to present Huskys potency to enable beverage packaging producers to form a best circular future, alongside achieving consistency in fueling growth in the businesses.”

Husky’s Innovative Highlights

The impressive highlight was the Huskys global debut of the next-generation hypet6e platform, involving a 200-cavity system designed to serve the highest productivity volume. The system promotes advanced vacuum drying technology that accelerates the rPET processing by enabling accurate control, material safety, increased uptime, and high energy efficiency. Hypet6e helps producers to analyze the highest level of rpet with confirmation while continuing to leverage quality performance, and reduce cost.  By merging sustainability with throughput, the system is engineered to reach the current demands for quality and circular packaging.

The launch of Huskys future mid-volume PET system, Hypet NX6, is another excellence. It is engineered to serve quality and high production efficiency with a convenient entry point, hypet NX6 suitable for the hypet 6e platform that promises a reliable and efficient molding solution and proven features for every production number and applications. Husky also revealed its Hycap Secure+, a closure-forming technology that allows closures and bottles to utilize PET with full potential, generating a smart circular mono-material package.

The president of systems and tooling at Husky, Robert Domodossola, said, “The merger of new Hycap Secure+ closure technology and our future hyper 200-cavity system is a transforming advancement in the beverage industry. With the hype, producers will gain efficiency and scalability and secure strongly, complementing this by providing a truly complete mono-material PET package, closure, and bottle, accelerating the standard of recyclability and consumer security.”
