Kite Packaging, which is one of the leading packaging distributors of the UK, has extended its machinery variety with a new line of spiral packaging machines and well-suited, environment-friendly packages. Planned to increase efficiency, decrease manual labour, and reduce wastage of materials. This innovation continues Kite’s mission to provide performance without negotiating sustainability.

Kite’s new Robopac Compacta spiral coverings apply stretch packages in a measured spiral design using a rotating ring machine. They are suitable for long or unevenly shaped products, providing high-speed, consistent packaging with negligible manual interference. They are operated by a foot pedal and fortified with an involuntary holding and cutting process. These machineries are available in four models named: Compacta 4, 6, 9, and 12. These machineries differ by film width and provide maximum flexibility across different usages. The instinctive control panel allows custom user interface design of packaging cycles, while infeed and outfeed conveyors permit for unified incorporation into present production lines.

Accompanying the machinery, Kite’s new variety of spiral wrapper films is established to decrease ecological impact without losing performance. All four films comprise 30% recycled content to help Plastic Packaging Tax compliance. These are designed for sturdiness and stretch efficacy; the films decrease material wastage while providing tight, secure loads that protect transit impairment. With a space-valid footmark and user-friendly panels, the Compacta variety is suitable for businesses seeking to enhance quantity without major set-up changes or extra staffing.

From compact robotics to plastic-reduced options, Kite Packaging continues to control the way in the modern packaging sector. The company’s member-owned construction, devoted R&D team, and client-first ethos support its long-standing status as a reliable partner in logistics, warehousing, and industrial packaging.

Kite provides a full packaging solution for this market, comprising a complete design and testing facilities for point of sale that confirms fit, form, and function, while maximising retail influence. This is all maintained by the uppermost level of the facility so that all limits can be fulfilled by this high-pressure segment.
