UFlex which is a leading flexible company for packaging solution launched FSSAI compliant single-pellet solution for the usage of Recycled PET in food & beverage packaging.â¯This originates at a time when packed food & beverages firms require to compulsory usage 30% recycled PET content in their packing in FY26. The business freshly expressed it will be capitalizing â¹317 crore in two innovative recycling plants in Noida.
The corporation expressed that this advanced creation joined in recycled PET with virgin PET in a single pellet of huge transparency with thermal and mechanical stability. “The packages goods from this resin are of complete clarity, strong, and lower acetaldehyde content. The firm expressed that the currently introduced is allied with the current FSSAI strategies that care the Government’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) outline and will allow FMCG firms to fulfil their sustainability assurances.

UFlex expressed it has established USFDA support for its technology and capability to recycle all three resources: recycled polypropylene (rPP), recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET), and recycled polyethylene (rPE), for usage in food packing. In FY25 alone, UFlex recycled 8,200 metric tonnes of diverse flexible wastage, progressing its circular economy aims.
It has recognized recycling plants in India, Poland, Egypt, and Mexico, giving out a wide variety of post-consumer plastic wastage. It is the only Indian company occupied on advanced resolutions for mixed flexible wastage and PCR applications both in India and worldwide.
