Cullen Packaging has revealed a completely recyclable, all-fiber-based transformation system that prevents glass jars and avoids bubble wrap and polystyrene.

The company has officially solved that several of the EU 550 M (USD728.3M) UK Candle industry have called the "unsolved" plastic issue, which has revealed a completely fiber-based and integrated machine that has substituted polystyrene inserts, foam cushioning, and bubble wrap.

Europe is the only producer that generates molded fiber packaging and corrugated under one single roof, and has made a system that mixes a corrugated outer with a moulded fibre fitment. The elements are crafted collectively to absorb the big-vibration stress of the very last mile of ecommerce delivery, which has reduced the breakages and secured feedback while avoiding plastic.

By mixing waste from the corrugated manufacturing line into the actual fiber fitments, Cullen has developed a material that is effective and serves as a 100% recyclable solution, and is a single material that is a standard candle jar that has sizes or tailored dimensions. The move is being modulated by fees, which are present under the red-amber green system, which encourages mono-material paper packaging, which has attracted mainly lower fees than mixed -material alternatives. On the other hand, hard-to-recycle plastic packaging has faced updates.

Shifting to every fiber-based system also solves operations. Brands can effectively remove the administrative load of diagnosing several material flows and the risk of their supply chains, which is against further plastic surcharges.

After officially following multi-million-pound funding in automated chemistry management and wt-pressing updates, Cullen has kept them as the main merger for the brands whose goal is to avoid future-proof and plastic packaging against developing EPR legislation.
