S-OneLP Launches 3.5 mil Metallised PCR 36% Stand Up Pouch Web

S-OneLP is excited to announce the launch of our 3.5 mil Metallised PCR 36% Stand Up Pouch Web. Engineered with advanced chemical recycling, this film eliminates common post-consumer recycled (PCR) challenges like gel’s surface inconsistency and poor curl control.

During trials on HP Indigo 20K, 25K, and 200K Digital Presses, the film ran flawlessly and proved to be a true drop-in replacement for conventional 4 mil metallised (MET) structures.

Director of Sales, S-OneLP, Andrew Kalina, said Our Product Development Team has worked intensively on our PCR film, which resulted in successful trials across seven sites in North America.

The U.S. stand-up pouches market is projected to experience significant growth, with estimates suggesting the market size will increase from USD XX billion in 2026 to approximately USD XX billion by 2035, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of XX% from 2026 to 2035. Growth is driven by the growing demand for eco-friendly packaging solutions, and customisation and branding opportunities are becoming essential for companies to differentiate their products in a competitive landscape.
